Login to iProfile Recruiter Account

Welcome to iProfile Recruiter Account!

Once your company has been fully set up on iProfile Recruiter Account, you will receive login details from either your company administrator or your team leader.

iProfile Recruiter Account Login Screen

Enter your username and password that you have been provided with in the appropriate boxes.

The "Remember me" tick box is empty by default. If you would like the iProfile Recruiter Account to remember your email address the next time you navigate to it from the same computer you can click on the tick-box.

The "Keep me signed in" tick box is also empty by default. By selecting this option you will be automatically logged in when you navigate to the iProfile Recruiter Account site. This functionality uses a cookie on your local machine, if you clear the cookies on your machine you will need to sign in again the next time you navigate to your iProfile Recruiter Account. Do not use this feature if you are accessing iProfile from a public place or a shared computer.

Forgotten Password Pop-up

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgotten your details?" link and a pop up box will be displayed. Simply enter your email address and click the "Retrieve" button. A new temporary password will be sent to your email address. Use this temporary password the next time you log into iProfile Recruiter Account. Once your account is verified, you will be prompted to create a new personal password.

Logging into iProfile Recruiter Account for the first time?

Once you have entered the login details you were provided with and clicked on the "Sign In" button, you will be prompted to update your password.

Update Password

Enter a new password of your choice but keep in mind it must be at least 6 characters in length and contain at least 1 upper case letter and 1 number.

You may also be prompted to update your password when:

  • You have forgotten your password and have requested a temporary password via the "Forgotten your details?" link,
  • An administrator has reset your password with a temporary one, or
  • An administrator has forced a password update from you

Remember, iProfile Recruiter account is a Software as a Service Product, so you can use it anywhere there is internet access.
